What we collect
When you send the booking form we collect your name, phone number, the street and town of the house, your inspection deadline and your message. When you call or text (402) 555-0100, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to book the scope, to reach you about it, and to send the report to the people you name. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Reports and video
A report and its video belong to the person who booked the scope. We send a copy to an inspector or agent only when that person agrees.
Photos you text us
A photo you send goes to the shop phone. We use it to find the cleanout and plan the visit, and we don't post it.
How long we keep it
We keep a job's report and booking record for as long as a client might ask about it. We delete a message that never became a job when you ask.
